1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fitness Challenge mobile application and website operated by FamilyUnion Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Fitness Challenge offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions ("Fitness Challenge Premium") providing access to enhanced features, custom challenge configurations, advanced stats, and premium AI opponents.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Standard Apple EULA

Except as explicitly modified by these Terms, your use of the App is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

5. User Accounts & Data

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that all fitness step data and profile information you provide is accurate and truthful.

6. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Manipulating or falsifying step count data or fitness metrics.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users in group challenges or chats.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or cheats to alter leaderboard rankings.

7. Health Disclaimer

Fitness Challenge is designed for fitness tracking, peer accountability, and entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any physical exercise program or changing your physical activity habits.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAMILYUNION TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our service.
